The 2 ‘sahihs’ commonly refer to the books of Imam Muhammad al-Bukhari (rahimahullah) and Imam Muslim ibn al-Hajjaj al-Naysaburi (rahimahullah).
Both are considered by the Scholars of Islam to be the two most authentic sources of Ahadeeth. Sahih Bukhari being the most authentic of the 2, due to Imaam Bukhari’s stringent authentication methods.
I met Shaykh Rabee’ at his home outside of Makkah in 2002, during my Hajj. He is, profoundly, the embodiment of Scholarly Integrity & Knowledge. I left knowing more & loving more the deen Allah had chosen for me.
Mudhakkirah al-Hadeeth an-Nabawee is a collection of ahadeeth reflecting on Benefits From the Prophetic Example In Aqeeda & Manhaj (belief & methodology). Abu Zakariyya Muḥyi al-Dīn Yaḥya Ibn Sharaf al-Nawawi was born at Nawā, a place near Damascus. Imam Nawawi’s 40 Hadith have come to be known as the most comprehensive, and holistic, compilation/collection of hadith of the Prophet Muhammad(salallahu alaihi wasalaam)) that convey the essence of Islam.
Every Week we will try to share a new hadith. A hadith that can be reflected upon & implemented in our daily lives. Please feel free to share these with others and share your own reflections during that week.
